The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a nice tub and rain shower, but there was a delay till late at night for the manager to open my room after finishing his beer at the rooftop. The service was exceptional, especially with the kind gesture of upgrading our room upon complaint. The location is central and convenient, close to major attractions like the twin towers and KL Tower. The dining experience was good with traditional Malaysian food but limited choices during the week. Overall, a comfortable stay with attentive staff.
